A piece of Pisa

Pisa marked the last leg of my journey in Italy this year. There’s definitely more to the place than just a tower and especially now since Sam and I have so many memories there; it holds a dear place in our hearts. To start and finish my trip in Tuscany was a delight and saying farewell to it all this time round, was most definitely not goodbye forever.
So  one of the greatest memories I have in Pisa has to be looking at all the “innovative” people taking pictures looking like they are holding up/kicking over the tower. It would be mean (and definitely childish) of me to post all of the pictures I have that involve various people in their various positions by the tower, however I cannot resist posting this uncropped version of this picture of Me, Sam and the lovely lady dressed in purple that got into 18 out of the twenty pictures we took by the tower that day. So yeah, here’s a little tribute to that woman:
Thank-you for bringing big smiles to our faces every time we look at this picture of us; you represent many many fond memories we have of Pisa and certainly, you add more character and sentimental value to this picture than we ever could have hoped for!
